couple questions here.

1. can anyone here translate farsi?

I am interested in contacting a bahai that is in prison in iran. how can i go about doing this? can i write or send a care package? i dont know if they allow this or not. the person, Haleh Rouhi, is who i am in desperate need of contacting.

I am also writting numerous letters to iran and the U.S government about the situation and possable courses of action.

any help in me contacting ms haleh would be greatly appreciated. I plan on doing alot of research but figured if someone already knew the answers it might help.

thanks in advance.

I have a suggestion Matt.. Contact the National Spiritual Assembly and ask for guidance on how you could/would go about what you hope to do.. It's very commendable I think but you need to know the best way to go about it of course!

Does anybody know anything about the Baha'is in prison in Iran? Are they released or are they still in the prison?

I really doubt you will be able to get ahold of them directly but you might be able to.

They have been in there over a year. I am really worried about there human right condition. Like I wonder if they are being given enough meals and if they have good conditions in there jail cells (sanitary, blankets, medication)

Its a really sad thing. I would defintly try writeing to the governments or the prison they are in thats probably the best start.
