One Tree

"Bahá’u’lláh has given full teachings to the world which are conducive to fellowship and unity in religion. Throughout past centuries each system of religious belief has boasted of its own superiority and excellence, abasing and scorning the validity of all others. Each has proclaimed its own belief as the light and all others as darkness. Religionists have considered the world of humanity as two trees: one divine and merciful, the other satanic; they themselves the branches, leaves and fruit of the divine tree and all others who differ from them in belief the product of the tree which is satanic. Therefore, sedition and warfare, bloodshed and strife have been continuous among them. The greatest cause of human alienation has been religion because each party has considered the belief of the other as anathema and deprived of the mercy of God.

The teachings specialized in Bahá’u’lláh are addressed to humanity. He says, “Ye are all the leaves of one tree.” He does not say, “Ye are the leaves of two trees: one divine, the other satanic.” He has declared that each individual member of the human family is a leaf or branch upon the Adamic tree; that all are sheltered beneath the protecting mercy and providence of God; that all are the children of God, fruit upon the one tree of His love. God is equally compassionate and kind to all the leaves, branches and fruit of this tree. Therefore, there is no satanic tree whatever—Satan being a product of human minds and of instinctive human tendencies toward error. God alone is Creator, and all are creatures of His might. Therefore, we must love mankind as His creatures, realizing that all are growing upon the tree of His mercy, servants of His omnipotent will and manifestations of His good pleasure.

Even though we find a defective branch or leaf upon this tree of humanity or an imperfect blossom, it, nevertheless, belongs to this tree and not to another. Therefore, it is our duty to protect and cultivate this tree until it reaches perfection. If we examine its fruit and find it imperfect, we must strive to make it perfect. There are souls in the human world who are ignorant; we must make them knowing. Some growing upon the tree are weak and ailing; we must assist them toward health and recovery. If they are as infants in development, we must minister to them until they attain maturity. We should never detest and shun them as objectionable and unworthy. We must treat them with honor, respect and kindness; for God has created them and not Satan. They are not manifestations of the wrath of God but evidences of His divine favor. God, the Creator, has endowed them with physical, mental and spiritual qualities that they may seek to know and do His will; therefore, they are not objects of His wrath and condemnation. In brief, all humanity must be looked upon with love, kindness and respect; for what we behold in them are none other than the signs and traces of God Himself. All are evidences of God; therefore, how shall we be justified in debasing and belittling them, uttering anathema and preventing them from drawing near unto His mercy? This is ignorance and injustice, displeasing to God; for in His sight all are His servants."

Interesting comments dear friend.
I pass these quotes on in ballance.

3. O FRIEND!
In the garden of thy heart plant naught but the rose of love, and from the nightingale of affection and desire loosen not thy hold. Treasure the companionship of the righteous and eschew all fellowship with the ungodly.

56. O MY SON!
The company of the ungodly increaseth sorrow, whilst fellowship with the righteous cleanseth the rust from off the heart. He that seeketh to commune with God, let him betake himself to the companionship of His loved ones; and he that desireth to hearken unto the word of God, let him give ear to the words of His chosen ones.

57. O SON OF DUST!
Beware! Walk not with the ungodly and seek not fellowship with him, for such companionship turneth the radiance of the heart into infernal fire.

Dear tony if you are reading this, a question have you been to One Tree?

Those are very important points, Bill. And complimentary to the points I listed. My own interpretation of those verses (and I could be quite wrong!) is that we should offer friendship and succor to all except those infected with the spirit of covenant breaking, but should seek for ourselves spiritual guidance and support only from those who truly love God and wear it on their countenances and through faithfulness and obedience unto His Command and His Covenant.

I do think we need to draw distinction between those we can and must eventually learn to love (all of humanity, without any exceptions), those we can interact with in a spirit of friendliness (all except covenant breaker and anyone whose presence is personally toxic to us), those we can share a closer bond of purpose with, and those from whom we seek spiritual sustenance and advice. In each case, the qualifications become more rigorous and stringent.

But this particular interpretation is my own! It has no authority...

that love just is - it is of no need, and it is not taken, it just is, and is not divided and made into smal medium and large pieces... it just is, so it is of life, since it just loves.

It is that love, that love that is that of the mother that just will not stop searching its child, as it is that father, that is that good father, because he made you.

I knew love not in it essence, but thought it is good and possible.
I learned, that I have to love myself or it is not love but a self that needs to be assured to be loved, and is not free to love.
And I knew not, that there is that love that just is.

Love just loves, it does not hate, and it sees just no evil. It knows its body and its mind, it knows life. It knows to be weak, and it knows of its strengt its passion and power, and knows that love takes no life, it gives new life, it is of life and it is not of death, it understands instead to judge, it cares and helps , repairs, so heal so it may be perfect, so it will be again. Love cares, and so it is of life, because it cares...

So love is of no need, it's that nothing that of the Seventh Valley....

But that nothing is everything, but that love and that everything, that is not seen if not came to be, to love.

Love cares and is of understanding, it does not take the plastic toy instead, since it knows that its just a stupid toy, and its just looks like, but it is neither that loved so a lost one, as it is just a puppet that is neither of life not does it need care. Its the idea of power and money that it is a good idea to care for the plastic tree, and dead things like money.

And that plastic, that money it just will not and never mind or be sorry, never love or come back to mind and to better, money just did nothing and made some more. Its that what happens to life, that is meant, if spoken of money.,... who sold the golden ark?..and where is that money, its that its to care for us for you... for all ... in that .. run you fools... but please come back if you mind its was wrong
