As an earnest young person I examined the Bahá'í faith and totally missed one point that now seems frequently referenced - the wish that we become happy. I decided that the persuit of happiness was a total waste of time and of no importance.
Now in middle age I am discovering joyfulness but am just a beginner, being in the habit of not looking for this. I may apear gloomy but let me tell you that it feels good when it comes.
