Iranian threat?

Donald Trump has implied that both N Korea and Iran may be threats to world peace. I recently watched a documentary about a British man travelling through Iran and the people were so warm and friendly toward him. Why does Trump think that Iran may be a threat?

Hope you are well Aidank.

Disunity will remain a threat to world peace and the stability of the world as a whole.

The peace and security of mankind is unatainable, unless and until Unity is firmly established.

It seems the motivation for the lesser peace will need a tigger on a worldly scale.

Regards Tony

Dear Aidan
I guess Trump talks about Iran's policies and government when he says Iran is a threat. Yes, people are nice and friend, and they LOVE tourists. But the laws here are sometimes even an enemy to Iranians as well!

Well...

Because the Saudis spend lots and lots and lots of money lobbying the United States and United States politicians.

And because they don't like the idea of there being a strong, Shia nation in the same region.

And that's pretty much why Iran is "a threat", while Saudi Arabia, a nation who's government actually helped fund terrorist attacks against the united states is "an ally". The Saudi's have a fairly impressive lobbying ability.

It is the government that is a threat to world peace, not the people. Also, the people would not be friendly to Jews or Baha'is.

Donald Trump is also a threat to world peace in that he makes threats that threaten peace and may carry out those threats.

I also bear in mind the fact that USA is the only country to have used a weapon of mass destruction , on Hiroshima and Nagasaki
