Why is Bahaullah linked with Jesus is return

Why Jesus? Why does Islam say Jesus will return if Bahaullah says all manifestion of God are same. Why is Jesus represented as the return?

Baha'u'llah is believed to be the return of the Buddha and also the Hindu and Zoroastrian promised Figures too.

I guess in the area that Baha'u'llah lived the biggest religions, Christianity and Islam, both expected the return of Jesus.

As far as why Islam says Jesus will return instead of an Islamic figure, maybe it was following on from the promise of Jesus of His own return before the End of Days, given Muhammad didn't claim to be the return of Jesus nor that His era was the End of Days.

And also there's a two fold way to look at the idea of Manifestations/Revelations being all the same. On one hand they are the same. On the other, each is different and this is the Promised Age of all religions, definitively different from every previous age. Which is why Baha'u'llah being the Promised Figure is emphasised so much more.
