I have a huge regret over something bad I did and its giving me depression thinking of it. How do I get over this feeling of regret so I can move on.

When one turns to oneself, one turns towards darkness. Depression is one of the worst of the darknesses.

Turning to God is turning to light. Trust, resignation and self-acceptance come from the light.

And likewise learning to be kind to one's self.

I have given a fuller answer in the thread following one of your earlier posts : Depression because I have a big regret

With my warmest greetings
