My New Baha'i Website.

Hey, everyone! I just built my own Baha'i website on go daddy. I shared my conversion experience on my own personal website. I also put cool Baha'i videos on there and pictures. Here's the link:

Let me know what you guys think about my new website! I'm trying to convert more people like myself to the religion.

Good on you Joey.

We provide the information and God gives Faith to the heart God so chooses to do.

I will look tonight. Regards Tony

Joey - One quick comment is that the picture of Abdul'baha is in places where you mention Baha'u'llah after and gives the impression to those that do not know otherwise, that this may be Baha'u'llah.

Maybe consider where and how to use these pictures of Abdul'baha, or put a note under the photos to say who it is.

As you know we can not use pictures of Baha'u'llah.

Regards Tony

Cool! ~~~ If you don't mind, I could post that link on one forum I post on which is a very small group. Most people there know about the Faith and I have known some of them for years. I like the Baha'i blog video that summarizes the religion in a couple of minutes.

Joey - The pictures you had on your web site were of Abdul'baha, the Son of Baha'u'llah.

As Abdul'baha has been given by Baha'u'llah as our example to follow, you could add a page or blog about the life of Abdul'baha. In doing this you could use pictures of Abdul'baha in a fitting context.

The picture of Baha'u'llah is on the net now, but I do not go out of my way to look for it, as many have used it in posts against the Faith. I do hope the future will see the use of the photo cleaned from the net.

It is a bounty of pilgrimage to view the photo of Baha'u'llah and the portrait of the Bab while viewing the contents of the archives. It is a special time to see the picture for the first time then.

Even though i understand your position on the Photos on the net i don't see a day where they are not anymore it's too late for that i'm afraid. it's a open world now nothing can be hidden. once it's online it's there forever.

Sorry about that I did not know we were not supposed to use Bahaullah's picture online. Because I'm a new member. Now I know. Sorry about that. I was just trying to support my religion.

I don't think the idea is to censor the image from common view, just to ensure that when viewed by a Baha'i they view it with the right mindset.

I saw your site and I think it is very good for Christians that have questions about their religion.
