Hmmm... I really, really love the Hidden Words, but I would say the Aqdas. It's effectively the cornerstone of the faith, in that it is the laws of the new era set out by Baha'u'llah.

I love the hidden words too but I’m reading Gleanings at the moment so far I really like it. I haven’t read the book of Certitude yet.

There is a compilation of all important Writings of Bahá'u'lláh published by the Bahá'í Publishing Trust of India.

If I could not have this one I would prefer the "Tablets of Bahá'u'lláh" because they sum up very well many important core Teachings.

Yes, I think it's now called Fountain of Wisdom.

The Summons of the Lord of Hosts is a book you can read constantly front to back, start over and be amazed every time

For me it would have to be " The Hidden Words", probably the first book I was aware of as a child, written by Bahá'u'lláh. There is so much of the spirit of the Faith inside quite a small book and I love the poetry.

I would also miss my prayer book a lot, that includes prayer from The Báb and Abdul-Bahá as well if I had to do without it.
