Out of interest, I wanted to share some accounts of near-death experiences I came across on a website a couple of months ago, if anyone feels like a read. If one wants to read about the love of God, the majority of these accounts testify unanimously to an unimaginable love. According to the site, around 15% of reported experiences are negative, and the overwhelming majority, -more positive! Hmm, Thank you Dabby; Yes, I have seen a couple of people refer to his book on that site. I think I went thru a short phase of reading these accounts after I viewed the video of Renee Pasarow's near-death experience. She is a baha'i, of course. The thing is, I think after reading a lot of them, one gets the impression that the after-life will be wonderful for at least 85% of the population. So, is there accountability for the way we live our lives? Naturally I have read some of the Baha'is Writings on the after-life and yet, I still don't have a clear opinion or understanding about ramifications, if any, for those who have not accepted the Manifestation, or who have followed a more instinctual way of living, and by that I mean, rejecting laws of God and rather doing what feels good or easy. Hmm. :~ Though, Baha'u'llah does say that God's mercy exceeds His justice. Last edited by Rani; 12-01-2011 at 12:16 PM. |
