Wikipedia errors and actions taken

About 1-2 years ago, under the Wikipedia listing for Jesus, I noticed that the last sentence in the very section stated that Baha'is and Muslims did not consider Him divine. I suggested this was an error, and then someone changed it to indicate that they do not consider Him as "God incarnate" instead.

Today, I noticed an error under the Tahirih. It states that the Bab conferred upon her the title of Tahirih, whereas I was under the impression that Baha'u'llah did. I have not made any suggestions for correction.

Is it every person's responsibility to help correct these? Or are there people assigned to such duties?

Tahirih

which means the pure one was bestowed on her by "Baha" at the conference of Badhast, but the Bab gave the names to "Baha" is what occurred if my memory is correct. This is easily verifiable.

I wrote on a Japanese alloy that they had really messed up. It seems very editable at times.

Hi Lonemedic,

I too noticed the 'edit' button recently on a page about the Faith -hadn't noticed that before. I would say just go along and change it if the page lets you!
I also think that the sentence on wiki you refer to which asserts that Islam and the Baha'i Faith does not recognise Jesus as God incarnate gives a false impression. Having been Christian and now Baha'i, I think the two Faiths teach a similar view of the Manifestation (in this case, Christ), that They are both like looking at God, and not God, Himself, at the same time.
Just the focus has changed a bit.

Didn't Jesus at different times say this?

If they wanted to be accurate they would say Baha'is view Him as a Manifestation of God; or just leave the Faith out of it even as to avoid confusion. ha.
If I get around to it, I might write to them too.

I meant to ask whether the International or National Baha'i Administrations have people working on correcting these inaccuracies and misrepresentations.
If so, perhaps we should not intervene, and share with them our findings of concern.
