Could this be used by someone not about to die?
Just to mean they trust in God and they 'lay all my affairs in thy hand'?
Cos I really feal like posting this on my FB but im scared people might think im about to kill myself..

LoG, If I read that, I wouldn't conclude that the person was feeling suicidal. I would assume the former -that that they wish to lay their affairs and their all in God's hands.
