Brief Bio !

I'm an old timer, well, I am in my late 50's !

Back in 1994/95 I was attracted to the Bahai stall, and enjoyed a good chat with the Bahai's and took some literature home to read. There was a contact number and to bring this tale to its conclusion I became a Bahai ! This was in Nuneaton in the UK. Where I was lucky to belong to a supportive and caring community.

When I returned to Liverpool I checked in with the Bahai center, this would be 1995, later in that year. I then began to drift away from the Bahai community as I began to struggle with certain aspects of the Bahai faith and my health took a nosedive when I was diagnosed with cancer. I have a deep respect for the Bahai religion and its followers.

I shall bring this introductory bio to its conclusion. Did I say brief !

Blessings,
Lenny

Welcome Lenny,

I'm hoping your health has improved since then

I'm an old time Manchester boy myself. Lived there during the 80's and 90's.

Glad you're here

Kam,
thanks for your warm welcome. I have family in Manchester ! My in laws ! A wacky lot they are !
I am recovering from my latest operation, and may have another operation in three or so months. Now waiting for my biopsy results. I dread it when anyone asks me how I'm doing because often I am feeling awful ! So my opt out answer is 'skip to next question' !
I love clowning around and making folk smile, so a smile or the sound laughter is all the reward I desire.

Tony,
2 years my senior there my friend ! I appreciate the warm welcome.
