What the hell is stopping the U.S. government from ennacting this? Who is opposing it? If we adopted it that would put pressure on Somalia to adopt it too.

These are excellent strides in human rights, but I am surprised the United States hasn't joined this effort. This would set a precedent that would lead the future justice for the exploiters of children.
