Pen of Glory

Does "Pen of Glory" refer to Bahá'u'lláh? If it does, is it safe to assume that when Bahá'u'lláh says "My Pen", God is directly speaking? Also, is it safe to assume that God is speaking to Bahá'u'lláh when He says "O Pen"?

personaly, i see it as a connection between god and bahaullah.
a command of god.
something or someone between god and bahaullah, not seen as a third party, but all as one.
but thats just how i see it.
