I have a History and Literature of the Old and New Testament class as an elective. I know for a fact that 4 out of maybe 16 people are non-Christian, so it's not just me. We just finished the Old Testament and will start the New Testament after the holidays. What verses point towards the coming of Muhammed, the Bab, and Baha'u'llah. I know John 10:16 refers to Baha'u'llah. What else is there? |

Click on one of the following to navigate further down this page Religious Unity Also, get onto the "Book" section of: Bahá'í Library Online and read Riggs' The Apocalypse: An Exegesis and (though it's a bit late for this one) I, Daniel. Please be forewarned that the former especially uses a LOT of symbolism from astrology not because Baha'is are into astrology but because, like it or not, John employed a lot of such symbolism in what he wrote in Revelation. I wish you good huinting! :-) Bruce | |

Thank you VERY much, Bruce. I will definitely look into it. And I feel I must reveal my full intentions. I do want to point out how the last 3 Manifestations have fulfilled prophesies, yes. But I also want to show the people in my class how not all nonChristians are evil and 'of satan'. I live in the Bible Belt so almost anything I say will offend them. But I feel I must open their eyes to tolerance and attempt to get them to stop hating. |
