Hi,

I want to share that I have read some books of sufis's from 19th and 20th century who have mystical experiences, and they described life after death places, lohe mahfooz, sidra tul manta where all creatures pray etc. and meet with Hazart Muhammad and prophets of old, but they said that mahdi A.S seat is still empty and its next to Hazart Muhammad.
Any one like to put some light on it?

Abbas,

Welcome! I am not an expert on Sufism, but one suggestion if you are seeking answers is to read some of the Writings of Baha'u'llah that explain spiritual existence in a way that may be familiar to Sufis.

This essay was written by a Baha'i scholar which describes some of the Sufi concepts and relationship to Baha'i teachings:

As far as prophecies regarding the Mahdi, these were fulfilled by the coming of the Bab and Baha'u'llah.

Best wishes in your path of search!

I was thinking about whether a Baha'i could bring up the contrasts between the Sufi confidence and the Baha'i confidence.
