One of the things that is interesting, is repetition and reappearance of the Traditions of the past Revelations, in a similar way, in the subsequent one. To start, here is one:

When Jesus was crucified, then on the third Day, He raised, and remained for 40 Days.

The repetition of this event, is as follows:

When the Primal Point, the Bab was Martyred, His Religion which is like the Body of the Manifestation, became lifeless. Almost all of His followers lost their faith, and the Babi community was almost exterminated, until when two complete years passed, on the third Day, which is the third year, Bahaullah, the return of Christ was raised. After that He remained for 40 years.

Here is another one from Quran:

"We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents: his mother bore him, in pain and in pain she gave birth to him, and his bearing and weaning takes thirty months. At length, when he reaches the age of full maturity and attains forty years, he says, O my Lord! Help me to be grateful for Your favours which You have bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and to do good deeds that will please You. Grant me righteousness in my offspring. Truly, I have turned to You and, truly, I submit to You." 46:15

This one is really interesting, and very cryptic.

If only

Here is another one from Quran:

"We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents: his mother bore him, in pain and in pain she gave birth to him, and his bearing and weaning takes thirty months. This one is really interesting, and very cryptic.
Yes this is most interesting, against all my striving, my offspring are not interested.

It is recorded in the Kafi, that Abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) has said the following. "When Fatima (a.s.) conceived al-Husayn (a.s.) Jibril came to the Messenger of Allah and said, "Fatima will soon give birth to a son. Your ’Umma (followers) will kill him after you will die." When Fatima had conceived al-Husayn she was unhappy and when she gave birth she was unhappy. Then The Imam (a.s.) said, "No mother has ever been seen in the word to bear a child that she would not like. However, she was unhappy because she knew that he will be killed." The Imam (a.s.) has said, "It is this case for which the following verse of the Holy Quran came.
"We have advised the human being to be kind to his parents; his mother bore him with hardship and delivered him while suffering a great deal of pain. The period in which his mother bore and weaned him lasted for thirty months. . . ." (46:15)."

And in the same book, it is recorded: Al-Husayn (a.s.) did not have any milk from Fatima (a.s.) nor from other females. They would bring him to the Holy Prophet (s.a) and he would place his thumb in his mouth and he would suck from it that much that would suffice him for two or three days. The flesh of al-Husayn (a.s.) grew from that of the Holy Prophet (s.a) and his blood from his blood. No one has ever been born after six months except Jesus son of Mary and al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.)." In another hadith from abu al-Hassan al-Rida (a.s.) it is said that the Holy Prophet (s.a) woulld come to al-Husayn and would place his tongue in his mouth and it would suffice him (as food) and that he did have any milk from any female.

And in Bihar, it is recorded: So the Almighty Allah gave the glad tidings to His Prophet that his Ahle Bayt (a.s.) will be the owners of the whole world. They will come back in Rajat (Return) and eliminate their enemies and then the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) conveyed the news of the slaying of Imam Husain (a.s.) to Lady Fatima (s.a.), hence she disliked the pregnancy.
Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) asked: Have you seen any lady who is given the good news of a male child and that she dislikes her pregnancy? But when Lady Fatima (s.a.) was informed about the slaying of this child, she was aggrieved and she found this pregnancy despicable.
وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا
“…and with trouble did she bring him forth…” (Surah Ahqaf 46:16)
That is when she came to know that he would be slain, the delivery was also despicable. And Imam Hasan and Imam Husain (a.s.) both were born only after six months of pregnancy. And the period of nursing was twenty-four months. That is why, the Almighty Allah has said:
وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا
“…and the bearing of him and the weaning of him was thirty months…” (Surah Ahqaf 46:15)

This prophecy is similar to chapter 21 of the Revelation of St. John, which Abdulbaha interpreted.

The fulfilment and its historical parallel is in this way:
The Religion of God, which is likened to woman, became pregnant through the Marriage with the Manifestation of God. Then it says, six months is for giving birth, and the remaining 24 months for weaning. Each prophetic month is counted as a year.

The first six years, are the number of complete years which is the duration of the Revelation of the Bab, so, a new reality of the world of humanity be born. After that, another 24 years, are for weaning, so that it becomes independent. The first six years are, 1844-1850, and the remaining 24 years are 1850-1873, which is the year of completion of the Most Holy Book, which marks the Revelations of Bahaullah to have its own independent Laws completely. Then after that this new child, remained under the care and loving guidance of Bahaullah, until it reached a stage of maturity, and when 40 years passed, and mission of Bahaullah, who is the return of Imam Hussein, was completed, He ascended. At that time the spiritual reality of this new man, thanked and prayed God.
Another evidence for this interpretation, is that, the Abjad numerical value of 'Hamlahu' and 'fisalahu', which is rendered to as 'its bearing', and 'its weaning', together is equal to 289, which is an allusion to year 1289 A.H, the year of Completion of Aqdas, and the word 'Ashoddahu', which is rendered as 'its Maturity', is an allusion to the year of 'Shidad', which has a numerical value of 309. Year 1309 A.H, is the year of ascention of Bahaullah.

Another fulfilment, and historical parallel of this prophecy, is as follows:
The Religion of the Bab was Pregnant with the Revelation of 'whom God shall make Manifest', and upon the completion of Nine months, it gave birth to the new Revelation, and the remaining 21 months, were required, for the new born Revelation to become fully independent, and upon completion of forty years, to reach its maturity. So did it come to pass, Bahaullah's mission begin in the ninth year, His Most Holy Book was revealed after 30 years, and His Revelation reached state of maturity in forty years, and then He ascended and another long occultation began.

Surah Joseph:

"He said, "You will sow (for) seven years, as usual, and that which you reap so leave it in its ears except a little from you (will) eat. Then will come after that seven hard (years) (which will) consume what you advanced for them, except a little of what you (will) store. Then will come after that a year in it will be given abundant rain of the people and in it they will press."

The historical parallel of this, is as follows:

During the Seven years Revelation of the Bab, the Word of God, was sowed in the hearts, but when on the seventh year, the Bab was martyred, there came seven hard years, until Bahaullah returned from the Mountains of Suleymaniyah, and the Bab'is united around Him, and the Tablets were revealed again.
The first seven individual years, are from May 1844 to July 1850, during these years, the Bab revealed about half a million verses. The next seven individual hard years are from July 1850 to April 1856. (Here number of years intended, not complete duration), during these years, almost no Tablet were revealed, and the Bab'i community was almost exterminated. "Then will come after that a year in it will be given abundant rain of the people and in it they will press." , which is after, Bahaullah returned from Suleymaniyah, and more than 17000 tablets were revealed.

This is one fulfilment of these verses, but it also has at least another fulfilment.
"Then will come after that seven hard..."
The word that is translated as 'hard', is 'shidad' which has a numerical value of 309, and it is as allusion to the year 1309 A.H, when the 49 years of apostolic age of Bahai faith ended. (1260-1309 A.H)
In Arabic, there is a sign, called 'tashdeed', when it is put on a letter, it is sounded twice. 'Shidad', is an allusion that, this Seven, are to be Multiplied by seven. (seven 'shidad' = seven seven = 49). In this case, the 49 years are counted from beginning as it says "..what you advanced..", and "Then will come after that a year in it will be given abundant rain the people and in it they will press" is an allusion to Abdulbaha. The word that is translated as 'abundant rain', literally means 'Rescuer.'

The biblical parallel of the 49 years is in lev. 25:8

"You are also to count off seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years, so that you have the time of the seven sabbaths of years, namely, forty-nine years."

A hadith attributed to Muhammad is essential in understanding the inward aspects of the Quran, and is fundamental to Quranic exegesis:[9]

"The Quran possesses an external appearance and a hidden depth, an exoteric meaning and an esoteric meaning. This esoteric meaning in turn conceals an esoteric meaning so it goes on for seven esoteric meanings (seven depths of hidden depth)."
There is a statement made by the Imam, Jafar Sadiq (d. 765 CE):[9]

"The book of God comprises four things: the statement set down, the allusions, the hidden meanings relating to the supra-sensible world, and the exalted spiritual doctrines. The literal statement is for the ordinary believers. The allusions are the concern of the elite. The hidden meanings pertain to the friends of God. The exalted spiritual doctrines are the province of the prophets."
