According to me that walking is very beneficial for our wellness.Its create our systems effective,fit and intelligent.So here should be the appropriate way that how you are walking so i like the walking for keep actual fitness of the body....

Yes, it not only maintain the fitness level but also play an important role to handle various diseases. You can effectively control your blood pressure, digestive problems, diabetes, and heart problems through regular walking specially through morning walk.

I take my dogs for a walk every day. I also take my six-year-old -- she runs and screams most of the time.
