Dear all

Few days ago I watched HUMAN, an extraordinary documentary in Netflix.

It is a documentary of what makes all of us ONE, despite our diversity. So I recomend it highly to you as a high-quality tool to learn and teach about the oneness of mankind.

The documentary places real persons from all cultures, age and backgrounds right in front of the camera to tell their stories on themes like love, violence, gender equality, wealth and poverty, work, family relationships, and the purpose of life.

It is indeed one of the best documentaries I've seen: inspiring music, breathtaking photography, moving stories. I was moved to tears several times.

Warning: It is a loooong documentary (2 hours 23 minutes) so you better get ready with enough time, food (not too caloric) and drinks (non-alcoholic!) by your side.

Greetings Camachoe,

I tend to swap providers from time to time so as to offer more diversity. I will look at this series when I next return to Netflix.

There are some breathtaking documentaries that possess a spiritual focus. Another one that I really like is called Home. This takes the viewer on a journey to chart the evolution of life and the human race. It is undertaken with aerial photography throughout. It is narrated in a number of languages and is available on open domain by licence. The English version can be viewed here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jqxENMKaeCU

Greetings Camachoe,

What an interesting coincidence. The films we have recommended that people watch here are actually produced by the same person, Yann Arthus-Bertrand. He has also produced some more films that you might interesting.

As expected, the film you recommended was excellent.

Good minds thing alike.

I saw all three youtube parts of Human, extended version. Yes, there were three, not two. It lasted about 4.5 hours. I really got into it yesterday in the first two parts, but it wasn't the same today apparently because I wasn't as receptive today. I really was compassionate yesterday, and really connected with the speakers. It was really good but I didn't like their habit of showing other people when someone was talking. I highly recommend that everyone see it.
